Deep Thought
In the spirit of Reagan's assertion that there isn't a Russian word for "freedom", линия повествования and публичность aren't Russian words or concepts either.

This is just rhetoric. If we assume this line of reasoning than English has practically no words to speak off - most of the vocabulary would come from Roman, Greek or Ghallic languages.
Yeah...you missed the joke. The point is that if Reagan can deny that certain words exist than so can we. Maybe. I could be wrong though, only RussianNavyBlog knows for sure what he meant.
